DEPAC's latest development of the split mechanical seal is the ideal option for large and heavy-duty machines with rotating shafts which require sealing and for equipment which needs a great deal of work to change a mechanical seal.
Often there was no choice but to use packings on these machines, in spite of their known drawbacks. These were taken into the bargain because of the unjustifiably high cost of mechanical seal maintenance.
