| Pasty, ceramic reinforced polymer composite material. Developed for protection against abrasion and wear on all metals, particularly for locations where the wear is less than 3 mm (0,12") per year, e.g. in pumps, agitators, pipelines, slides, worm conveyors and everywhere where high metal wear is caused by attack from wet or dry abrasive media. 424 RECERAM can also be used for the reconstruction of surfaces to recreate the original tolerances. Afterwards, the quality and durability of the surface is often better than that of the original. After curing, 424 RECERAM can only be machined using diamond tipped tools. Therefore the tolerances must be taken into account before application. |

Developed for protection against abrasion and wear on all metals, particularly for locations where the wear exceeds 3 mm (0,12") per year, e.g. in pumps, agitator machines, pipelines, slides, worm conveyors and everywhere where metal wear is caused by attack from wet or dry abrasive media. 426 RECERAM forms a tight, extremely wear resistant polymer ceramic layer on the surface which is harder than the metal base but still flexible. 426 RECERAM cannot be machined after curing. Therefore the tolerances must be taken into account before application. |

| Liquid, ceramic reinforced, high performance polymer composite material. USDA, FDA approved. It also is especially approved by water boards for the use connected with drinking water. Developed for corrosion and erosion protection on all metals, particularly where slight wear is observed, e.g. in pumps, agitators, pipelines, slides, worm conveyors. If used as a coating in swimming pool water storage basins, drinking water containers and other food containers, it is one of the most effective and most economic protection systems. 432 RECERAM L can be applied with a brush or a roller. |
Temperature resistant, liquid, ceramic reinforced, high performance polymer composite material. The high density provides extremely effective corrosion and erosion protection on any metal. In particular where temperatures up to 180 °C in wet conditions or 250 °C in dry conditions may be encountered, e.g. pumps, agitators, pipelines, slides, worm conveyors. Particularly suitable for swimming pool water storage basins and all types of container systems. 433 RECERAM HTL can be applied with a brush or a rubber spatula. |

For nearly all media and equipments offering the most effective and economical protective system. 435 RECERAM L can be applied with a brush or roller. |
