| Rapidly curing pasty, solvent free, elastic, high performance polymer composite material. It has a Shore hardness of A 60. It is used for the repair of all flexible elements such as conveyor belts, tyres, bellow expansion joints, rubber rollers, hoses etc. and is equivalent to all industrially produced rubber types. Impellers, propellers, ventilators, containers etc. are coated and protected against mechanical and chemical attack by means of 443 RUBCOAT QC. Application by means of a spatula. The potlife is 10 minutes. It can be worked with after 1 hour and is fully cured after 24 hours. |

It is mainly used for casting and in-field repairs of elastic components, e.g. rubber rollers, vibration dampers, machine dampers, stoppers, rollers, flexible hoses, valve flaps etc. Bolts, screws, sleeves etc. can be embedded into 453 RUBCOAT L. For the repair of all flexible components such as conveyor belts, tyres, bellow expansion joints, rubber rollers, hoses etc. several layers of 453 RUBCOAT L are applied with a brush. |

It is used for the repair of all flexible elements such as protective sleeves, conveyor belts, tyres, bellow expansion joints, rubber rollers, hoses. Impellers, propellers, ventilators, containers etc. are coated and protected against mechanical and chemical attack by means of 456 RUBCOAT L. Several layers of 456 RUBCOAT L are applied with a brush. It is also very suitable for casting. |
